Our net‑zero journey began with a full baseline assessment using the GHG Protocol, helping us identify the highest‑impact areas across our operations, supply chain, and service delivery.
We report annually through the SME Climate Hub’s Carbon Calculator and monitor progress internally, embedding climate action across our entire team rather than assigning individual sustainability champions.
Our first Climate Action Report will be published in 2026, sharing our progress and the steps we’ve taken so far!
We switched to LED lighting in our home office, reducing energy use by up to 80% annually
We operate a lean, paperless model using cloud-based systems and low-energy digital practices.
Our websites are hosted on 100% renewable energy.
We reduced our business travel emissions by 79%, saving approximately 65kg of CO₂.
We use shared workspaces like the Lord Lieutenant of Hertfordshire’s Charity Hub to reduce per capita emissions.
Our team have undertaken many sustainability training programmes to help build our climate literacy.
We shifted 57% of our client base to Hertfordshire.
Though our footprint is primarily digital, we invest in biodiversity through local partnerships and tree-planting schemes.
The internet is one of the world’s most carbon‑intensive industries, with the average web page producing about 0.8g of CO₂e per view. We believe digital should be part of the solution – not the problem.
That’s why we host all our websites with renewable‑powered, eco‑friendly partners who are leading the shift toward a greener web. Their services also support charities, enabling us to amplify sustainable practices across the sector.
We have previously co-supported a community clothes swap in St Albans in aid of Greenpeace. This event demonstrated circularity and inclusive community engagement with many local businesses and individuals. Around 500 items were upcycled equating to nearly two garments donated every minute of the event!
In 2024, we helped plant 2,000 trees at The Grove Hotel in Watford, working alongside 80 local attendees to complete the planting in just 73 minutes!
Since then, we are proud to have continued these types of biodiversity partnerships by also supporting Hertfordshire County Council’s Your Tree, Our Future programme, contributing to climate resilience through nature‑based solutions…all whilst planting 100,000 trees across the county.
