Our team has completed programmes such as Small Business Britain’s Green Skills for Small Business, Wenta’s Action Zero Programme and the ESTU Sustainable Business Manager CMI Level 5 qualification. By building this shared knowledge, we reinforce collective accountability, deepen our understanding of environmental impact and ensure our approach to climate action is both resilient and informed.
Digital skills evolve quickly, so we prioritise ongoing development in areas such as content strategy, analytics, SEO and digital marketing. We’ve strengthened this further by upskilling our team through a locally delivered TQUK Level 2 Digital Marketing (RQF) course, enhancing our understanding of digital accessibility and inclusive design. This training enables us to deliver more effective, inclusive digital campaigns and stay ahead of industry trends while ensuring our work is accessible to all.
Our team have completed a Level 1 First Aid in Mental Health Awareness course to help strengthen our ability to recognise when someone may need support and to respond with empathy and confidence. We also take part in the Hertfordshire Healthy Workplace Programme, which provides the guidance we need to equip us with the tools and knowledge needed to create a wellbeing‑led culture, one where people feel safe, respected and able to thrive.
